Reservations

The Reservation position is responsible for arrival and pre-arrival contact with the guests. In many instances you are the first Casini employees to work with the guests and as such form the first impression of the park. Reservations work in shifts from 8am to 10pm with the following duties:
  • Answer the phones.
  • Respond to voice mail and email left by customers.
  • Greet and check customers in on arrival.
  • Collect payment from customers.
  • Work with Operations Computer System to enter and show reservation information.
  • Using Computer and basic business software, word-processor, spread-sheet.
