Working In The Store

The Moscow General Store is a fully functional General Store which sells a variety of groceries, camping supplies, beer & wine and Guest Services. Store employees work in shifts from 8am to 10pm with the following duties:
  • Take payment for purchases, both cash and credit. You should be able to make change, and operate POS (Point of Sale) software.
  • Answer the phones. Transfer calls for Reservations.
  • Respond to voice mail and email left by customers.
  • Perform Inventory on products in Store.
  • Stock shelves, transfer product from delivery vehicle to store.
  • Price Products before stocking shelves.
  • Perform End of Day Till balance process.
  • Work with Customers and Grounds to rent carts & boats.
  • Using Computer and basic business software, word-processor, spread-sheet.
