Verify Full Functionality

• An incorrect solution may fix the initial problem (A) but create a new problem (B), If fixing B re-creates A you have a loop!
• Verify ALL system functionality is working after the fix, NOT just the part you were fixing
• The problem is not fixed until the users that use the system are satisfied that it is fixed
