Assignment Six
In this assignment you will add the following to your website:
	Forms --
	Come up with a form that makes sense for your website. Design it as either a stand-alone page or something incorporated into an existing page. I encourage you to use the improved versions of the tools that we talked about in class. I have provided a list of minimum requirements below but there is extra credit for items not mentioned. Input Box(es) Drop Down List Box(es) Radio Button(s) Check Box(es) Labels A Submit Button -- That launches a Mailto action A Reset Button
	In this project I want you to use a table to format your form. We will change it from a table to CSS in the 142 class.
	Debug Your Website --
	Use Firefox to check your code. If there is anything in red, find and fix the problem(s). See your instructor if you need a hint. See assignment 2 for instructions on how to do this
