  4. Click on the upper left hand square titled "XXXX Type Description" (where the XXXX listed is your type like ENFJ, INFP or any other type you have been determined to be)

(For Extra Credit) Make an Assessment of Your Team
In this assignment you will create a profile of each member of your team. Follow the instructions below to meet the requirements of this assignment:
  • The Primary Assignment: So far in the class we have performed two group exercises. I have intentionally had you work in the same team for both exercises. Much like what you did for yourself in the last assignment, I want you to catagorize your team members. Use as much from the class as you can. Refer to the lectures online if necessary. You should be able to rank each person on at least 3 scales. Limit your analysis to under 250 words for each person. (if you do not have at least 50 words on a person keep working at it).

  • Extra Credit: Research the DISC personality profile system. You might find a free test but I doubt it. They are pretty good at getting money for their tests. But you can research what it is about. Wikipedia has a page on it. Expand your analysis to include DISC categories for your team members.
While your assignment will not be evaluated as stringently as it would if this were an English class, it is expected that you will make an effort to use capitalization, sentence structure and punctuation appropriately.
Email your document to me as attachments to your email - NOTE: If you send them as part of the body of the email, you will not get credit
