| This class is designed to provide the students with an understanding of the fundamental concepts, procedures and principles of financial accounting. The class will cover accounting systems, special journals, cash receivables, inventories, plant assets, intangable assets, liabilities and payroll. Students will learn how to use computerized accounting software to complete the assignments in this class. |

| If you have a computer you can do your lab work at home. However, working at home is not an excuse for not getting your assignments done. I am in the lab for several hours each week (See Schedule). If you are working at home and start to fall behind, work in the lab while I am there !! All lab assignments are due the week after they are listed above. Late assignments lose 10% of their value for each week they are late. Reading should be done before the class they are listed for above.
