- Used as a “backbone” for connecting smaller thinnet networks via a “Transceiver”
Coax cable is connected with “BNC” connectors. There are 3 types:
BNC Connector, BNC T, BNC Terminator
Other Coaxial types: RG-59 (cable TV), RG-6 (better than RG-59)
