What are the rules for a good password?

Do not use any words found in a dictionary or book

The password should be at least 10 characters long

The password should use:

at least 1 capital letter

at least 1 lower case letter

at least 1 number

at least 1 special character

The password should be able to adapt to rules requiring frequent password changes

You must be able to remember it without writing it down!
