Assignment Two - Working with Laptops
This assignment is intended to make you more familiar with issues that may impact laptop computers. In this assignment we will review a case study on a particular laptop that is more generally set up as a framework to evaluate other laptops.
  • Read the Laptop Case Study and use the information to perform the following tasks:
  • Create an outline for repairing laptops. Your outline should address:
    1. What you need to know before attempting to repair a laptop?
    2. What components could be serviced in the field?
    3. Which items should be examined -- even if they have not failed yet -- to determine if they are about to fail?
    4. Which components will require special recycling treatment when discarded?

Assignment Submission Criteria
While your assignment will not be evaluated as stringently as it would if this were an English class, it is expected that you will make an effort to use capitalization, sentence structure and punctuation appropriately.
To turn in this assignment you will go to the Netacad Canvas shell for this class. Each assignment you need to turn in will have a submission link that will allow you to turn in that assignment.
