Assignment Four - Create a Windows 10 VM Guest on a Linux Host
In this class we will use the Linux system you created in the last assignment. That Linux system will serve as our host operating system on which we will run a guest Windows 10 operating system as a virtual machine
Once again you will want to get familiar with how to look up information on your particular hardware on the internet. I will list the steps below but it is impossible to know in advance what specific problems you may encounter with the machine you are using (which is the way it happens in real life)
  1. Download Oracle VirtualBox to your Linux machine and install it
  2. Download this .iso file for Windows 10 to your Linux machine. Place it in a directory so you can find it
  3. Configure VirtualBox to create a new VM. I suggest you provide the VM with half of the CPU's available to your computer. You may have to adjust this if you have an older computer
  4. Select the Windows .iso file you downloaded as the source for the Guest VM
  5. Launch the VM and bring the Windows 10 system to a stable condition where you can interact with the OS
Once you have completed this assignment, take a screen shot of your Linux machine Like this one showing the Host, the Client and the VM controls

Assignment Submission Criteria

While your assignment will not be evaluated as stringently as it would if this were an English class, it is expected that you will make an effort to use capitalization, sentence structure and punctuation appropriately.
To turn in this assignment you will go to the Netacad Canvas shell for this class. Each assignment you need to turn in will have a submission link that will allow you to turn in that assignment
