Assignment 6 -- Using a Package Manager
The objective of this assignment is for you to experience installing a package by using a package manager. In this assignment you will use the apt package manager to:
  • Install the xscreensaver package with all the options populated
  • If you install it from the GUI only a portion of the options will populate
  • In particular I would like you to get the Matrix screensaver for xscreensaver to function
  • Research and find the commands needed to do this -- you may need to move stuff out of the way.
  • Add the first 10 characters of your last name to the phone number option on the Matrix settings tab. Take a screenshot of it for submission.
Hybrid Class Assignment -- Installing A Gaming Platform
Find and install Lutris for your Linux platform
For this hybrid part, I want you to install Lutris for your Linux distribution. You can get what you need by heading over to lutris.net

**NOTE -- There is extra credit linked to this assignment under Extra Credit on the labs page

Once you get it installed, open it to show it is installed -- take a screenshot (don't just take a screenshot of your desktop showing the Lutris icon) of the program while opened

Assignment Submission Criteria
To turn in this assignment you will go to the NSC Canvas shell for this class. Submit all screenshots as attachments using the submission button on the assignment page
