Configure a Router as Stateless DHCPv6 Server

The stateless DHCPv6 server option requires that the router advertise the IPv6 network addressing information in RA messages

There are 6 steps to configure & verify a router as a stateless DHCPv6 server:

• Enable IPv6 routing
• ipv6 unicast-routing
• Define a DHCPv6 pool name
• ipv6 dhcp pool POOL-NAME 
• Configure DHCPv6 pool with options
• dns-server X:X:X:X:X:X:X:X
• domain-name name
• Bind the interface to the pool
• ipv6 dhcp server POOL-NAME 
• Change the O flag from 0 to 1
• ipv6 nd other-config-flag

Verify Functionality ipconfig /all
