A Project Plan

• A model of how people work together (more specifically a model of how your team will work together)
• Contains the Hierarchical breakdown of how the work will be performed (commonly referred to as the WBS or Work Breakdown Structure)
• Defines the sides of the Project Planning Cube (some books will call this a Triangle)
