First Exercise

• Evaluate your classmates
• What forms of power might they use now
• Are they left-brained or right-brained
• Do they have any leadership traits? If so, classify them and describe the trait that goes with the classification
• Enhance your initial profile – Do not replace it. The idea here is to see if a group exercise makes personality characteristics more visible
• I will put you in groups
• Jointly come up with a form to evaluate your group on the scales we have mentioned
