Characteristics of Tasks

• Duration – Each task has a duration in time. This is the time it takes to complete the task
• WBS – A code indicating what part of the project hierarchy this task belongs to.
• The Model will also associate calculated dates for an activity.
• Constrain dates may be applied but we want to minimize this since it impairs the model.
