Updating a Task

• Percent Complete as a method for statusing the plan is not the best way, it is too subjective, but several applications will default to it because humans understand it.

• The Much Better way is to specify an Actual Start date, a Remaining Duration and a Percent Complete, this avoids the subjective percent Complete problem
