The Switch Table (Not ARP!!) CAM or PRT

To accomplish this the switch builds a MAC address table, also known as a Content Addressable Memory (CAM) table, by recording the source MAC address into the table along with the port it was received

(At this point I must retire my PRT {Port Resolution Table} Acronym that I have used in previous lectures. While I think it is a much better Acronym the one Cisco has adopted it the CAM Acronym)
