• There are a few measurements of float. However, the best way to remember it is the amount of buffer time you have before your activity is on the Critical Path
• Critical Path –
• The longest sequence of tasks in a project
• Any sequence that will not finish before your target completion time
• The path where the Early and Late schedule are the same
