Controlling Foreign Drug

After reading my views on crime you know that this is no longer an issue. All effort being spent in the failing effort to control the only revenue producing industry in many counties can be saved. Drugs from foreign countries becomes a commodity like any other and as a bonus there is no reason for drug cartels to exist, since the government can now support the production of the drug.
The financial benefit from this is substantial both in the country growing the substance (who no longer requires foreign aide) to our country where the taxes and savings from the elimination of police vice departments fund significant medical and educational efforts to actually fix the problem of substance addiction.
