After loosing our house in Long Beach due to the George Bush Senior Economic
Disaster, we got an apartment in Long Beach for about 5 months until I could
finish my Masters Degree. This allowed us to do the move in 2 parts.

There are a few key links for this event. Each of the two trips we made,
were do it yourself moves with a Ryder Truck towing 1 car. When we came
back from the first trip it was our first train experience. We took the
coast Amtrak to LA and the new Blue line back
to Long Beach.

For this move we had 3 cats that all took the 2nd trip.
